Our Rainbow Ag website ordering capabilities are very helpful to our customers and parts staff. We thank you for allowing us to serve you. We do not offer will call pickup in any of our stores.Please note our shipping & return policies below.

     As with any transaction there may be opportunities where the wrong item is ordered and a customer inconvenience will occur. We strive to minimize mistakes and apologize if we made one. 
   

Freight and Handling: Items will be shipped and billed regular ground UPS. A minimum $5.00 handling charge will apply to all orders priced under $25.00. We do not offer will-call pickups in any of our stores.
 
Wrong Part Received:  If any part ordered is incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please send it back to us (or come in) within 30 days of your purchase and it will be corrected. Be sure to include a note with name and daytime contact number, or e-mail address, so we may contact you to straighten things out.
     

Restocking Fee: If a part is wrong due to a customer mistake, that's ok but it will be subject to a 20% restock fee and must be new with original packaging.  Additional shipping will need to be charged as well if we need to send out another part.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restock fee regardless of order status. Once an order is processed and parts are ordered from our distributor we can not specifically stop your parts from coming to us. Once we receive them we are charged a restock fee by our distributors and also have to pay to ship them back.
 
Returned Parts Requirements:   Original packaging: Please note that all items will have to include all original packaging in good condition. (Free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind) If Rainbow Ag receives your return with damaged or missing the original packaging the item will be rejected.
Rainbow Ag is also unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.

Exchanges: Rainbow Ag does not offer exchanges at this time. All acceptable returns are processed for a refund.

Returns on Electrical Parts: Like any local auto parts dealer, Rainbow Ag is unable to accept returns on OEM electrical parts. Please be sure of what you need before ordering anything in this category and contact us if you need clarification. Certain aftermarket items may be exempt from this condition - please contact us before returning electrical items.

Closeout Items: Rainbow Ag does not accept returns of items purchased on closeout.
